On behalf of NHS England, Community Health Partnerships has commissioned Arden Estates Partnerships to be the local delivery partner working alongside 19 individual PCNs in Coventry and Warwickshire. We are supporting the ICS and PCNs with both clinical and estates planning focused at a primary care / local neighbourhood level. With the intention of improving both how people access primary care and the range of clinicians and services available locally.
