AEP Board visits Coventry LIFTCo sites

In October, the Arden Estate Partnerships (AEP) board toured a selection of Coventry LIFTCo buildings, taking the opportunity to see the estate first-hand and hear directly from the people who use it every day.
The group was led by Dr Simon Murphy, Chair of the AEP board, who was joined by representatives from NHS Coventry and Warwickshire / NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB cluster, gbpartnerships and Community Health Partnerships.
The tour included visits to three sites: Keresley Green Medical Centre, Longford Health Centre and Clay Lane Health Centre.
The visits were designed to give stakeholders a broader overview of the estate, with a chance to see each building in person, review improvements that have already been completed and learn more about planned investment. This kind of first-hand knowledge is invaluable in helping to inform future decisions about the estate.
During the visits, board members and partner representatives spoke with tenants to gather their feedback on the buildings they work in. These conversations provide useful insight as AEP prepares for the end of the contract term, ensuring that the experiences of those delivering services on the ground are reflected in future planning.
AEP would like to thank the teams at each site for their time and for sharing their views.
