George Marsh is non-executive Chairman and has had a career in the construction sector. He was chair of The West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence and Sustainability West Midlands, and is a former chair of the Board of Governors of Coventry University and Coventry Common Purpose. He is currently a Governor of The Schools of King Edward VI in Birmingham.
George is a Deputy Lieutenant of the West Midlands, leads the Coventry DLs Group. and was the Acting Lord-Lieutenant from September 2015 until January 2017. He was awarded an MBE for services to the community in the West Midlands in 2020.
Elaine Siew - Director
Elaine is an experienced Director of Finance specialising in LIFT finance and operational management, legal and financial administration. She was appointed as the Finance Director of Arden Estate Partnerships in 2010. She works alongside the LIFT operational teams in managing and closing the schemes. As a financial manager she has extensive experience of raising funds including debt and equity from major banks and venture capitalists. Elaine is a qualified accountant with many years experience in professional practice including 5 years as a corporate finance partner at RSM Robson Rhodes.
Rosemary Deeley - Director
Rosemary worked at Ingenious Investments from 2011 where she gained extensive experience in fund accounting and management, developing and instigating commercial relationships. Rosemary has an MA from the University of Edinburgh in Philosophy and Theology, completed a law conversion (CPD/GDL) at City University, the BVC at the Inns of Court Law School and is a qualified CIMA chartered accountant.
Charlotte Douglass - Director
Charlotte joined the asset management team at Equitix in June 2016. She has particular focus on the real estate assets within the Funds. Charlotte has over 13 years of transactional and advisory experience in Real Estate. Prior to Equitix, Charlotte was an Assistant Director within the Real Estate Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young – undertaking transactional activity, strategic consultancy and restructuring across the Care Homes, Retail, Office, student accommodation and residential sectors for a range of private and public sector clients. Charlotte trained as a Commercial Property Surveyor at King Sturge, has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of RICS.
Mark Grinonneau - Director
Mark has extensive experience in the successful development of organisations in the private, public and third sectors. He has robust financial and contractual expertise across various organisational and funding models, with significant experience in solving complex challenges at strategic and operational levels whilst building and maintaining rewarding relationships. As a Board Director, Mark is tasked with overseeing the Department of Health’s interests, shareholding and investment and to ensure sound governance and development.
