Dr Simon Murphy - Chair

 

Chair Dr Simon Murphy Chairs the Finance and Performance Committee of the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health NHS Partnership Trust.
 

Simon has worked in a number of interim Chief Executive roles in the Voluntary and Community Sector.  Simon holds a PhD in Conflict Regulation in Northern Ireland.

Elaine Siew - Director

 

Elaine is the CEO of gbpartnerships group and Board Director of three public private LIFT companies. Elaine leads gbpartnerships group, a multi-faceted group of companies focussing on asset and project management, consultancy services, property development and investment in primary care estate, the wider health and social care sector, retail and housing.


gbpartnerships manage and deliver asset services to an estate worth in excess of £800m, the gbpartnerships consult team provide estates consultancy and partnering services to all LIFTCo stakeholders and other public sector clients. Elaine holds a medical degree and is a chartered accountant with 15 years’ experience as a Corporate Finance partner. Elaine has been a member of The LIFT Council since 2006.

Charlotte Douglass - Director

 

Charlotte joined the asset management team at Equitix in June 2016. She has particular focus on the real estate assets within the Funds. Charlotte has over 13 years of transactional and advisory experience in Real Estate. Prior to Equitix, Charlotte was an Assistant Director within the Real Estate Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young – undertaking transactional activity, strategic consultancy and restructuring across the Care Homes, Retail, Office, student accommodation and residential sectors for a range of private and public sector clients. Charlotte trained as a Commercial Property Surveyor at King Sturge, has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of RICS.

Nikki Hopkins - Director

 

Nikki has been with Community Health Partnerships since 2022 and heads up the Strategic Business Development Advisory Team, leading on national strategic infrastructure planning programmes in partnership with NHS England. Nikki has experience in solving complex challenges at strategic and operational levels whilst building and maintaining rewarding relationships.

As a Board Director, Nikki is tasked with overseeing the Department of Health’s interests, shareholding and investments, ensuring sound governance and development.

 

Nikki is passionate about the local area and in her former role at gbpartnerships has been instrumental in the development of several new build healthcare projects including an award winning £24m integrated primary and community health care facility in her hometown of Coventry.
