George Marsh is non-executive Chairman and Director of a number of businesses in the construction sector. He was also chair of The West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence and Sustainability West Midlands, a Board Member of the West Midlands LSC Council and former chair of the Board of Governors of Coventry University and Coventry Common Purpose. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Coventry University for services to education and training.
Elaine is an experienced Director of Finance specialising in LIFT finance and operational management, legal and financial administration. She was appointed as the Finance Director of Coventry Care Partnership in 2010. She works alongside the LIFT operational teams in managing and closing the schemes. As a financial manager she has extensive experience of raising funds including debt and equity from major banks and venture capitalists. Elaine is a qualified accountant with many years experience in professional practice including 5 years as a corporate finance partner at RSM Robson Rhodes.
Mark has extensive experience in the successful development of organisations in the private, public and third sectors. He has robust financial and contractual expertise across various organisational and funding models, with significant experience in solving complex challenges at strategic and operational levels whilst building and maintaining rewarding relationships. As a Board Director, Mark is tasked with overseeing the Department of Health’s interests, shareholding and investment and to ensure sound governance and development.
Nikki Hopkins is a professional General Manager with a track record of unlocking complex projects in a public private environment. Nikki’s strengths lie in building and maintaining key business relationships and bringing parties together to achieve a common goal. Nikki has managed the Arden Estate Partnership LIFTCo since 2004 and led on the development of the City of Coventry Health Centre, one of the most significant primary care projects of the past 10 years, which has been held up nationally as an exemplar model for modern healthcare delivery, being selected for the coveted ‘Clinician Choice Award’ at the 2012 Building Better Healthcare Awards.
Estates and Business Performance Manager
Ian Frazier manages client relationships to ensure projects fulfill the requirements of the Management Service Agreement. Further responsibilities include FM oversight and contractual compliance of the sites in Coventry. Additional aspects of Ian's role includes the provision of support to the Business Development team in progressing the implementation of new services within buildings including managing the process of infrastructure changes required to facilitate this.
