We are thrilled that the new Foleshill Health Centre has won the Offsite Award at the Constructing Excellence East Midlands Awards 2021.The project was also Highly Commended in the Value category.

The Foleshill Health Centre is the first primary care building built to meet Passivhaus standards in the UK. The £3.3m project is a CHP partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire CCG, working with Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance - with project management services provided by Arden Estate Partnerships.
